Let the Redeemed of the LORD Say So! (Day 4 Love)

    by TerryLema November 21, 2025

As amazed as I am over God’s Amazing Grace, perhaps I am even more amazed by God’s Wondrous Love. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”  [John 3:16]

That verse often appears on signs held up at events. I spotted it the other day behind the goal posts on a football game as someone was attempting a field goal. We see it so often that perhaps we don’t give it the attention it truly deserves.

God loved His Creation – this world and its inhabitants, even though those inhabitants had rebelled against His love. But He didn’t just love this world – He “SO LOVED” it that He gave the very best of heaven, His One and Only Son, Christ Jesus, to provide redemption and eternal life to all who believe and accept His invitation.

And perhaps even more wondrous is that “God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” [Romans 5:8]

While we were still sinners, before we could even THINK about “cleaning up our act” (as if we could), Christ died for us.

What Love!  Thank you LORD. Amen & Amen
